The building from the 50s exhibits its main front on Viale Beethoven, which consists of two buildings connected by a base that hosts commercial activities. The first body, of five floors above ground, has an entrance from Viale Beethoven while the second of seven floors above ground has the entrance from Piazzale Sturzo. The renovation of the building includes the total redevelopment of condominium parts and the restoration of facilities using the most modern construction techniques, which allow a perfect balance between respect for the environment and comfort of the interior. The project also includes the integration of two basement levels with garages and parking spaces, and the rejuvenation of the garden, preserving the design and current dimensions.
